Vivian’s Story

Vivian Gaspar is the Executive Producer and host of two award nominated shows, ‘Stop My Crisis’ and ‘Beyond My Crisis’. Since May 2016, there have been a total of 56 episodes produced that have been aired on over 40 stations in eleven states including New Jersey, New York, and Massachusetts, to name a few. She is a licensed real estate agent, and specializes in mortgage modification. Gaspar has given speeches at places such as Harvard, the Department of Labor, Postal Unions, and the learning Annex in NYC, and she has been featured in Star Ledger, a popular New Jersey-based newspaper. She has been a guest expert on over 50 radio shows, and has been featured on CBS, NBC, ABC, and Fox News.

Gaspar is the author of two books, Stop My Crisis: Facing Life’s Challenges Head On: Critical Information for Today’s American Family (Volume 1), and Stop My Crisis: Be the 1 in 5: How to Keep YOUR Business From Failing. Gaspar is also currently preparing for the release of her third book in the Stop My Crisis series, Can’t Find a U.S Job? 82 Ideas to Create Your Own.

Ron Rossnick

Executive Producer

Ron’s Story

Ron Rossnick is the Executive Producer and host of the award nominated show ‘Beyond My Crisis’, and he is also the Executive Producer of ‘Stop My Crisis’. He graduated from Queens College with a degree in Political Science and Technology, and has worked at JP Morgan on Wall Street as a business consultant, and at Bellcore as a technology specialist. Ron has an extensive technology knowledge and experience in iOS, Macintosh, Database development and project management. Other companies Ron has worked for include the JP Morgan, Hoffman La-Roche, Bellcore, United Nations Procurement Division, Pantone Inc., Right Click Tek, Inc. and consulted with many graphic design and publishing companies.

Ron has also been a consultant for various news media personalities such as Phyllis Haynes, Frank and Storm Field, and the popular Saturday Night Live writer Andrew Steele.

Besides playing bass professionally, Ron’s corporate skills include tenacious problem solving, team development and executive leadership.

He has also backpacked throughout Asia and South America including Indonesia, Japan, India, Thailand and Peru.

Christina Fitzpatrick, JD, has over 20 years experience in executive management for both US and International companies. Her forte is tax/accounting along with company development. Christina has worked with VRR since it’s inception and her passion and dedication to all aspects of production of our shows positions her as a vital part of our team.

Sean-Erick’s Story

Sean-Erik McKinney, a graduate of Canisius College, dual-majored in Communication Studies and Digital Media Arts. He was a member of the Canisius College Video Institute and produced a number of pieces for the program including a documentary exploring the culture of the Philippines.

Treasure’s Story

Treasure Davis, The College Of New Jersey graduate, majored in Communications with a concentration in Radio, Television & Film. She has shot and edited many documentary based short films. She has also acquired skills in photography, lighting and sound. Interesting fact, she has been a street photographer and an abstract painter for five years.

Pete’s Story

Pete Priestner, a graduate of County College of Morris, who majored in Communications and Broadcasting. He has experience working on large scale film sets and has worked on various audio projects over the past few years. He has also worked as a freelancer doing projects such as music videos and political campaign advertisements.

Johanca Vallejo

Johanca’s Story

Johanca Vallejo, a graduate of William Paterson University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, a concentration in Media Production. Vallejo currently produces and hosts a WPU show segment, and is the Public Relations Chair for WPU Film Association. She volunteers at her local church as a audio technician, and is proficient in Spanish.

Lisa’s Story

Lisa Potts, a William Paterson Graduate, majored in Communications with a concentration in Media Production. She has filmed and edited a broadcast ad campaign for a congressional nominee airing on FOX, CNN, MSNBC and many other news stations. She’s produced and shot several short films.

Melissa Townsend

Position

Melissa’s Story

Melissa Townsend,  a graduate of Montclair State University with a degree in Television and Digital Media with a concentration in Audio and Sound Design, and a minored in Business to focus towards the Digital Marketing field. She participated the school’s Media Gifted and Talented Program where she was given the Fine Arts Award in 2015. Something interesting about Melissa is she has four cats.  Really?

Seth Imperial

Seth’s Story

Seth Imperial, is a graduate of Morris County School of Technology. Seth has skills in photography, graphic design, editing, Photoshop, and filmmaking. Several of his films have been nominated in film festivals such as the All American High School Film Festival and the New York Annual Dance on Camera Festival.

Britney-Bautista

Britney’s Story

Britney Bautista, a graduate of Morris County School of Technology in the Visual and Performing Arts Academy. She is a filmmaker with skills in photography, editing, and graphic design. She has been the Director of Photography and Camera Operator for a multitude of films, and a Production Assistant for other projects. She is currently working on various multimedia projects.

Chris Sopko

Chris’s Story

Chris Sopko, a graduate of Montclair State University with a degree in Sound Design for Film and Television. He has opened his own recording studio, Perfect Box Studios, which caters to local bands, and his own band – Sopko has 3 albums of his original music.
